Full-time software/game tester

We are looking for a full-time tester with a professional attitude and good analytical abilities. Your job will be to test and perform quality assurance on our product. This includes writing test cases and performing tests to make sure that everything is working accordingly. This requires a very systematically and logical approach, while still being pragmatic and able to cope with changing requirements in a dynamic work environment. The job primarily involves white box testing, black box testing, documenting the test results and follow-up.

About us
MovieStarPlanet ApS is the company behind MovieStarPlanet.com, a virtual game and community for children aged 8-15. In a world of Fame, Fortune and Friends, each user designs his own movie star avatar, which can be used for creating small cartoon-like movies, chat and play games with other users. The game was launched in Denmark in 2009 and has since experienced an explosive growth.

Currently, the website is marketed in 10 European markets as well as the United States, and globally it ranks among the fastest growing virtual worlds for the target group with over 50 million accounts created worldwide. MovieStarPlanet ApS employs a staff of 70+ and is based in attractive surroundings at the commercial section of the IT University of Copenhagen.

About the job

About you
You must have at least one year of experience writing and performing tests on software products. It is important that you are highly skilled, thorough and able to work very systematically. You must be ambitious, flexible and able to work independently in our dynamic work environment, where requirements often change. You must have a high level of technical insight and be able to communicate with many different stakeholders. As you will be responsible for the quality of our product, you must have a very high sense of responsibility.
