That's Kiwi! - the star of an old 3D animation short, that collected quite the few views on YouTube (34 million and counting).
The story of Kiwi! inspired me so much, that i decided to make a tribute in the form of a casual-game. The game itself is not a work of art, and does in no way aspire to become the next big thing. It's just a free game without in-app purchases.
The game-play is not innovative or anything - it merely couples Kiwi's base-jump, with the well-known "obstacle runner"-genre. It even has Facebook integration so users can invite and compete against their friends ( a bit overkill maybe - but i had this fb-plugin that i wanted to test anyway ).
