Hey everyone!
I recently released my first devlog for my pixel art point-and-click game When You're Not Around
It's a small game with choice-driven mechanics and a little slice-of-life story about a dad and his son going on fishing trips throughout different seasons.
You can check it out here:
The plan is to make 1-2 new monthly devlogs + some 2D tutorials along the way.
Any feedback on the devlog is appreciated!
Thanks!

Thanks, Jonas!
It does take lots of time, a lot more than expected. But it's a fun process.

This looks super promising Kenneth!
I actually very recently thought to myself of doing some youtube devlog, but have yet to muster the strength
The pixel art, color and mood also goes really nice together, very atmospheric and cozy.
looking forward to seeing where this one goes!

Just released a new juicy devlog. Hope you'll like it! I'm talking a bit about Adventure Creator, showing how I create pixel art and create choice-driven dialogue for my game.

Ooh, point-and-click! Looks really great! Is the game going to be in Cinemascope format or are you scrolling across the areas?

@Thomas Ryder Cinemascope, and thank you! I have been experimenting with scrolling across areas with parallax, but not going to use it for this project. Btw congratulations on the release of Midnight Girl! It looks amazing!
