Mobile friendly website

Would it be possible to make this website slightly more mobile friendly? :)

Built in mobile friendly would be nice. If you have the time and skill you are welcome to give it a shot.

But there is a mobile cheat button! :)

What version of the forum is this site running on? v3.1 and 3.2 should have templates that are mobile friendly.
