The final Growing Games workshop of the year is coming up – and we intend to end this year off with a bang!
Grand prize: A trip to GDC valued at DKK 15.000
On Tuesday the 18th of December you are invited to the Growing Games Pitch-Competition of the year, where 10 game developers will be given the chance to compete for the title as pitcher of the year – as well as for the grand prize: A trip to GDC valued at DKK 15.000.
The competition will consist of two rounds with two different panels, where the 10 pitchers will have time to improve their pitch before the big finale. For the big finale we have compiled a panel of potential investors and business angels, experienced board members and industry experts.

Risa Cohen (see below).
International keynote
The day will also include a keynote from Risa Cohen. Risa Cohen is executive producer with several international production companies working out of Denmark, France and Canada. With more than 15 years of experience in both the video games and film industry, Risa Cohen is an expert in production and financing of games development, and will offer state-of-the-art insight in her keynote.
We end the day with Christmas-drinks and a chance to network with both new and experienced fellow Growing Gamers.
How to enter the pitch competition
If you wish to participate in the pitch competition, you must submit a video-application containing a 1-minute pitch, where you pitch the reason why YOU should be part of this pitch-competition – whether because of your skills, your business, an amazing idea you want to pitch or something completely different.
The competition is open to all whether you have participated in previous Growing Games workshops or not.
Send in the video-application no later than 7th of December 2012 to growinggames@manto-as.dk
If you don't want to pitch, please come anyway. There will be plenty of networking opportunities and we would like to have an audience as well.

The workshop is held on Tuesday, 18th December, from 9 am to 5 pm. Venue will be announced later.
