Office space available in center city / Jorcks Passage

Hi all,
We have downsized after a long growth period, and have room for bringing you into one of the game dev hubs of Copenhagen - Jorcks Passage.
At the moment we are Cape Copenhagen, Zaxis, Framebunker and us on the same floor. With the Sybo guys moving in on their own floors soon. Tactile lives just on the other side of the street too.
The space available can house from 8 to 12 people depending on table sizes and configuration, includes everything you need (alarm, 200/200 mbit internet, heating, electricity, separate kitchen area, gaming room) and will cost you 15k/month. We even have tables and chairs if you need that.
It is available from right now.
The space can also be cut into 2 halves seating 4-6 with some space dividers, where the price would be 10k/month.
It is not a permanent rental, as we some day hope to grow again. But we are talking minimum half a year and proper warning if we need to kick you out. We can be flexible on terms so it fits your requirements.
We very much prefer to have someone join us that fits into game dev, but dont let that keep you back from poking me.
