Music composer seeking partners

Unread post by sidwave » 08 Feb 2015, 23:15

Hello,

I'm Sidwave.
I have been making music for own productions and computer demos, for 30 years.

I am electronic, but i make many different styles.
I think that i am good to hit the mood, and do something that is fitting.

I have nothing else to do, besides music, so I am willing to spend almost every day on making music for your games.

Now, you can visit www.sidwave.com to hear different tunes.
And go http://sidwave.bandcamp.com for some albums.

I currently dont have a really good hollywood orchestra, but im saving to buy one, however i do have some orchestra capabilities.

On the electronic side, listen to my stuff..
As you may notice, there is Chip music there too, its made with a Commodore 64.
None of that is really game music, its made for dance/visual..

I have a large sound library, so i can always find something, or else i make sounds myself.
So in part, i can also deliver sound effects.

Much experience: to compose music
Less experience: to create sfx

You should contact me, because I'm super creative!!
Music is my life.

sincerely,

Sidwave

You've got some pretty cool old school stuff there. :)

Are you composing on the original hardware or emulators?

I use both :) mostly the real.

The problem is that my synth is to the right of the pc.
If i sit on the C64, then the synth is reversed :)
I use it to make ideas..

i also make voices/vocal.
do some speech, and change my voice, to sound like god even :) there is an example on the soundcloud.
i also have an electronic speech synthesizer who can talk/sing, and also the amiga computer has a nice voice.

I want to clear up a mistake: those tunes on the master collection are not old skool :) they are cutting edge modern sid music. :) it is not oldskool simply because its made on an old instrument, hehe.

An old computer is just an instrument, just like an old synthesizer, and violin.
It doesnt mean anything, that it is old - only what i create with it :)

im sorry for spamming, but this is my own thread, and i didnt really plan what to write.
i have a youtube.. i wont say that my videos are pro, i just make something to support some tunes there.

its filled with stuff, much c64, but there is a megamix of tunes that were not finished/released from 96-2000
