Looking of rOffice Space?

Hi guys. Our neighbour upstairs are moving to a bigger place, so per January 1., there will be a really nice office space available. It's a back building on Rådmandsgade just next to Tagensvej on Nørrebro.

Not yet sure, about the price, but it's app. 165 sq.m. and should be around 20k per month. Right now they are 14 people there, which is 2-3 too many.
