TranslationFor the past 6 years we’ve done games for iPhone and iPad, for web, for mobile, console, web and desktop. We employ around 40 people and we do everything that game development involves – design, programming, graphics, project management etc.
Our games are getting increasingly cloud connected, from small apps with simple downloading of static data to fully dynamic backends with persistant worlds and hundreds of thousands of users. We intend to further develop our in-house server-side technology, RocketFuel Live - a .net/SQL Server based product - to support a large amount of features required by mobile and web games today. And we want you to head those efforts.
In addition, our clients use various public or proprietairy technologies in their products, so we expect you to have some knowledge/experience beyond .net. Specifically we are utilizing Google App Engine on multiple titles going forward.
Required skills
- asp.net and/or Google App Engine backend development experience
Strong understanding of web services
Experience deploying, managing and scaling IIS and SQL Server.
Ability to setup and run high-load backends serving millions of requests daily.
Experience with data design and modelling, query analysis and optimization.
