Limbo ApS is seeking an experienced engine programmer.
Limbo ApS is a small independent game studio within greater Copenhagen, and as part of our expansion plans we are seeking a professional and dedicated engine programmer.
Currently our team consists of 9 people and you will be a part of the ambitious growing team. We are working on our debut title – to be released 2010: A 2d, black & white platform puzzle game. (http://www.limbogame.org).
The game has already created a lot of buzz in the industry, mainly due to our visuals and take on the games industry.
We expect you to have:
* Excellent skills in C++.
* Experience in software development and game programming.
* Architectural understanding of object-oriented systems.
* A great sense of responsibility.
* Experience in tools development and support across a number of disciplines.
Your will be:
* Influential on the architecture of our in-house engine and editor.
* Optimizing game structures and maintaining stability.
* Working together with designers to define tools requirements and features.
* Testing, debugging and revising existing tools.

* Knowledge of the XBOX360 architecture and SDK (XDK).
Your will be:
* Responsible for porting our working engine to the XBOX360.
* Optimizing code and structures.
* Testing, debugging and problem-solving.
