Thesis collaboration (unpaid)

Im about to write my thesis in Modern Culture and Cultural Communication.

I have worked with different artforms but my heart lies in the art of games.

Games have in a very long time been looked upon as a non serious pasttime. My aim in my thesis would be to clarify that games are a comtemporary media of different kind of storytelling.

I have not yet set my mind on a focus but if your company needs an academic with well developed analytic skills to clarify some aspects of your company, feel free to contact me.

My requirements are simple. If it is possible for me to work as a part of the team in 4-5 months, then I can be a valuable asset in e.g. developing creative communication.

The work will be unpaid.

It would be an advantage if you are based in copenhagen.

Regards
Lasse Olsen

Creative communication?

Is that like PR, viral marketing or internal communication?

Its mostly internal communication, but it can, in some ways, be pr and viral communication. My strong points are branding, troubleshooting (find a problem, make alternatives and implement the most suitable solution) and communication. But I have some experience with general management, organizational structure and working environment as well.

But im very interrested in, if your company has some issue or problem that you want an external unbiased opinion on. You can always send me a mail at ldreboldt@hotmail.com if you have more questions.

Well, many of the companies might be too small, for it to make sense talking about the internal communication process. Unless it related to the general "information sharing and project managing" -processes of software design and development. -but I don't have the impression your talking about that.

So if your looking for straight-up internal communication (as in HR related stuff), the there are only a few danish gaming companies, where that makes sense.

If your, on the other hand, would work with external communication (sales process, PR etc.), then a lot of the smaller companies most certaintly could use a hand.
