About us:
http://www.MovieStarPlanet.com is a movie themed virtual world for children aged 9-13. Each user customizes an animated virtual MovieStar avatar which can be used to make small cartoons, chat and play games with other MovieStars. MovieStarPlanet was launched in Denmark in 2009. Today we have launched the site in 9 countries and have more than 7 million registered users. We are among the largest sites for the age group in Europe and we are still growing rapidly. We are currently 28 employees, 11 full-time and 17 part-time. We are located at 5te at ITU.
About the job:
We are looking for a talented full-time graphics artist to join our team of talented artists. Your job will be to design in-game graphics which can be bought by users of the site for their moviestar avatar. This includes clothes, furniture, items etc. There will also be task such as designing in-game characters, backgrounds and user-interface.
About you:
You must be highly creative and able to design vector graphics appealing to children. It is a plus if you know what’s hot and what’s not in that age group. All of our graphics are developed in Flash, so it is a requirement that you have experience creating vector graphics using Flash. It is also a plus if you have experience doing animations in Flash.
