At Progressive Media we strive to be among the worlds' greatest game developers. We think we've done pretty okay so far – Electronic Arts trust us to do The Sims for mobile, we’ve won Mobile Game Of The Year twice with SolaRola and with Mystery Mania, and together with Nordisk Film we've brought the critically acclaimed The Marbians to life, which took home the People's Choice Award at the SugerCode Danish App Awards in October.

For the past 6 years we’ve done games for iPhone and iPad, for web, for Android, Nintendo DS, Wii, mobile, PSP, Facebook, PC and Mac. We employ 25 people and we do everything that game development involves – design, programming, graphics, project management etc.

One thing we've learned, though. Without strong producers, we're nothing. That is why we are looking for a talented individual to join our team in Aalborg as creative producer.

Role Overview
As a producer for Progressive Media, your main priority is to deliver great games within given times and budgets. We focus on strong communication and client relations, and see the producer as the lead role in game development. You ensure the right decision are made and that the team works as efficient and smooth as possible. We are all passionate about games and sharing views on design issues in order to find the right solution is our key to making great games. It will be your responsibility to develop and maintain the vision of the game. You should oversee art & graphics, decide on product features and work closely with the in-house developers as well as the client.
