2D Graphics Artist
We are looking for a talented full-time graphics artist to join our talented team of artists. Your job will be to design UI and in-game content in vector which users buy to their in-game MovieStar. This includes clothes, furnitures, items, pets and more. There will also be tasks as designing in-game characters, backgrounds and user-interface.
About Us
MovieStarPlanet ApS is the company behind MovieStarPlanet.com, a virtual game and community for children aged 8-13. In a world of Fame, Fortune and Friends, each user designs his own movie star avatar, which can be used for creating small cartoon-like movies, chat and play games with other users. The game was launched in Denmark in 2009 and has since experienced an explosive growth.
Currently, the website is marketed in 9 European markets as well as the United States, and globally it ranks among the fastest growing virtual worlds for the target group with over 28 million accounts created worldwide. MovieStarPlanet ApS employs a staff of 60+ and is based in attractive surroundings at the commercial section of the IT University of Copenhagen.
About the Job

You must be highly creative and able to design vector graphics appealing to children.
Vector graphics experience and know-how
Ability to adapt to a style
Great to listen to and provide feedback in a team based environment
Knowing what's hot and what's not in that age group is an additional bonus
You might come from web development, but not necessarily
Experience in UI development is an advantage
