Reto-Moto is looking for: Games Analyst

We are looking for a games analyst with strong analytical skills who wants to be part of the team making the game Heroes & Generals (http://www.heroesandgenerals.com).
We need you to work full time at our office in central Copenhagen. You will be working closely with game designers, marketing, and management.
Your job will be to provide better insight into the game and its audience, in order to assist strategic, marketing and game design decisions. The job focuses on identifying design problems, trends and groupings within the playerbase and the impact of changes in any aspect of the game.
You will also be responsible for collecting and storing the relevant data which will come from many different sources and environments, including game clients, game servers, websites and marketing campaigns.
We expect you to set up the storage and query systems from scratch, using 3rd party tools and frameworks as much as possible.
Responsibilities
Collect and analyze data about the game and players
Report key metrics regularly
Generate new reports on request
Analyze the impact of changes in game design
Design and execute more specific tests and campaigns (eg. AB tests)
Explain the results in a way that is understandable even with little or no knowledge of statistics
Qualifications
Strong skills in statistics and data mining
Able to program in several languages (for example C++, C#, AS3)
Passion for games within a broad range of genres
Diligent and thorough
Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
Experience with tools such as Kontagent, HoneyTracks or similar a plus
A strong academic background is preferred with a degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, science or similar.
Games industry experience is not a must, but you must have experience with quantitative analysis.
Must have work permit in EU.
