Our games are getting increasingly more cloud connected, from simple downloading of static data to fully dynamic backends with persistant worlds and millions of users. We are continuing to develop our in-house server-side technology, RocketFuel Live - a .net/SQL Server based service - to support more features required by mobile and web games today. And we want you to help us move forward.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Estimate, design and implement backend code and data design.
- Monitor performance in order to tune and optimize services.
- Ensure services are capable of serving millions of requests daily.
- Work with the rest of the team to find solutions and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or better
- Experience with C# and Visual Studio
- 3+ years of asp.net backend development experience.
- Experience deploying, managing and scaling IIS and SQL Server.
- Experience with data design and modelling, query analysis and optimization.
- Ability to solve complex issues with creative solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Danish is an advantage.
