Serious Games Interactive seeks a fulltime experienced art director with a flair for games with a strong commercial focus and creative drive. You will be involved in projects where the concept, style, user experience and visuals will be your prime responsibility especially in executing it in a delicate balance between user requirements, customer expectations, artistic quality and technical possibilities within deadline and budget. Our projects involve both 2D and 3D but with significant use of outsourcing, so people skills and communication skills will be key in the job. Projects will tend to be more realistic and corporate eg. Questforoil.com.
Who are you?
• Conceptualize, execute and direct design for multiple Serious Games Interactive projects,
• Aid in the development and training of new freelancing talents.
• Oversee and/or execute design to ensure all goals are met and creative quality meets a high standard
• Meet with Project Manager to discuss project goals, schedules and deadlines
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
• Communicate clearly and in a timely manner with all creative team members and freelancers
• Research new talent outsources to support the brand and its growth.
• Maintain the creative excellence of everything we produce.

About Serious Games interactive
We develop computer games with an agenda that goes beyond entertainment this includes computer games and simulations for a variety of areas. We primarily work in Unity3D one of the industry’s leading game engine. We have been using Unity3d for more than seven years, which made us the first studio worldwide to take on the new technology. We have done multiple cross-platform projects including Android and IOS, and are certified for Xbox and Wii. We work with companies like Opel, Maersk, Siemens and Lego.
Team: Currently we are 30 people.
Place: Copenhagen, Bopa Plads, Østerbro (close to Nordhavn St).
