As I posted in another thread, I think you will get more success if you could tell us a bit more about what's going on.

For example:

What is the company's name?
Some contact information? (The "PM me" thing make it sound more like it's a hobby project than a real job. At least have some kind of email that people can contact you on)
How much experience should the programmer have?
Any deadline for sending the application?

In a industry like this - with loads of competition, you should take what ever you can get.

Now, im not promising diamonds - but im promising gold.

So... Vague or not...

Don't play hard to get ;)

I have to agree with Kristian Hedeholm here. You might be able to find someone with a vague job description, but you might not find the best candidate for the job.

You haven't even mentioned if you are going to develop a game or some other application? Even if it is a game, there is a big difference between how you develop certain kinds of games and what skill level it requires.

I really hope you find your man/woman, but if not then try to sell the job a bit more and make the project sound just a tiny bit interesting.

I had decided not to write anything earlier, but need to post.

I think you are gravely mistaken about which direction this arrow points. I dont know a single game programmer with just a little experience that isnt already employed. So imho its up to YOU to convince the given candidate that its worth even contacting you.

I totally agree with Thomas. Im one of those guys actually.

So to answer the topic:

Yes, I have experience with Objective-C, both for iOS and MacOS, both application programming and high performance 3D graphics.

Questions for you: Can you offer 45.000 + pension and benefits (dkk/month) and can you convince a candidate that you offer long term stable employment?
If yes, then I think you should have made that clear in your post. I assume no, and that you are just looking for free labour thats willing to realize your dream. If thats the case, you need to a whole lot better at selling your dream to me.

@Thomas, then give me a job ;) A little experience means 2+ years, getting that amount of experience is difficult.

However, I think there is a lot of bad vibration in this thread, and that is normally not the case at this site, which makes me a bit sad - Anyways, ProjektHumanisme, if you want to find capable programmers, designers, etc. you will have a hard time if you do not even state your company's name or purpose. There is a big difference between game programming and special app programming, and design for that matter.

Specifying your post will make it much easier for both you, and potential applicants. There is a lot of people (including myself) who "plays hard to get" when we have absolutely no info, currently I would not touch this job offer with a 12" pole, because of the lack of info. So take the advice as kind words to enchance your chances :)

Right it doesn't seems like i can edit my first post.

I am not writing on behalf of a company - i am a business men, entrepreneur, call me what you want.
So, im looking for persons who already have experience in gaming - and the needed skills to create a game.
There is a RPG and a strategy - both multiplayer, that needs to be created.

I saw in a post earlier that someone ''wants'' me to give 45k a month and pension etc.

Money is not a issue, i will give you the details of the game - and you will tell me how fast you can do it, if you can do it alone - or if you need to be a part of a team.

When it is clear, then we can speak terms and conditions.

My budget is 250k - and the games are not huge games that needs lots of time coding and designing, the design part is ready for you!

Just saying...

https://itunes.apple.com/jp/app/id694499023
