LF a partner to a project, with programming XP (NOT PAID)

Unread post by MrBenJensen » 08 Apr 2014, 15:13

IN ESSENCE I'm looking for a programmer with the relevant skill set for making games on smartphones. And for you to join me, in becoming the other half, in an experimental approach to the current game genres on the former mentioned platform.
Hello,
I'm seeking a programmer with the relevant skill set for making a game for smartphones (preferably also with a general understanding of the business). As well as someone who would be interested in the perspective of a possibly future partnership. The project will be profitable, only if it has success (equally for the both of us). In other words, we start from scratch - and I most emphasize that you should view this as an "experiment" and as something to work on only in your spare time, if need be.

The project is in it's very early and conceptional stage. It can be described as a new and alternative approach to a game and the existent genres available on smartphones. It mixes genres and seeks to give gamers the option of a proper experience ( not like the (developer) profit minded games today). I personally think, that the games we are offered suck greatly, and that is my main creative motivation :)
A further and much more detailed description of the concept will be provided, if you are interested in learning more.

Your role will mainly be as, the programmer - however as formerly mentioned, I hope for the possibility of a future partnership together. Therefore you'll have full involvement in the creative and conceptual process and completion of the project - as well as all other aspects of the completion, hence the need for a general understanding of the business. Simply said; I want to make this game together and learn (perhaps mostly my part) how to make better games for- and by gamers.

If you are interested, please send an email with your information, experience, thoughts on the project, etc.

FYI: Danish people are also wanted, but I figured that you could understand the English ;)
Furthermore, I most emphasize that I view my own role, mainly in the creative and conceptual development of the project (at your side)- so you must in all fairness be aware of this :)
