Press Play is hiring: Studio Office Manager

As Press Play grows, we need an office manager to make sure we continue to run a top-notch studio, in line with Microsoft corporate regulations and the best business practices in general.

Our new Office Manager’s job description is short: Run the office like a well-oiled machine in order for the Studio Management to focus on the core of Press Plays business – making great games.

Responsibilities include:
  • Procurement. Handle all Press Plays needs for getting new stuff such as office supplies, software and tools, but also facilitating the contracts of the many talented external people who contributes to our games, e.g. writers, composers, and actors.
  • Handle the vendors that help us with IT support, lunch, drinks, coffee, cleaning, and so forth.
  • Day-to-day office stuff such as handling keys and tracking software licenses.
  • Light HR such as keeping track of vacations and requests, helping to onboard new people, and assisting with parental leave paper work.
  • Assist management and employees with expense reports and travel booking.
  • Assist studio management with regular reporting business using Excel and PowerPoint.
The perfect candidate is relaxed but efficient with a sharp eye for details.

Press Play is an award-winning game development studio based in the center of Copenhagen. Since 2006, we have brought more than twenty games to multiple platforms for clients, publishers, and ourselves. In 2012, our studio was acquired by Microsoft and we are now part of the Microsoft Studios family. Our setup, however, is creatively independent and not at all corporate. We work exclusively on Press Play IP, having most recently released Max: The Curse of Brotherhood and Tentacles: Enter the Mind.
