Talented developer with Unity experience

Klassefilm & Red Owl Operations are looking for a talented developer with Unity experience and lead tech potential this spring March-June (approximately two months of work), and most likely again (for most of 2015 and 2016) to develop the unique documentary adventure game Cosmic Top Secret, as well as some new projects.
We are a small, efficient, and tight-knit team who loves good stories, game jams, and rosé – we’re just looking for an extra programmer who will be a good fit with us. You will start under supervision from our current lead tech and possibly develop into becoming lead yourself.
Requirements:
- You have experience with Unity3D and Object Oriented Development.
- You are interested (and perhaps even skilled) in solving memory issues, for instance through using dynamic asset-loading.
- You are able to communicate both your skills and limitations.
- You are interested in working across the spectrum from UI to designing models for data-persistence.
Description:
You will be working in a small development team where everyone performs multiple roles. That being said, we need someone who can be our primary go-to person whenever technical issues arise. This can range from trivial tasks (e.g. related to version control issues) to larger, more complex tasks (e.g. about how the design around progression is being handled when unusual situations occur). You will also get your hands dirty with the core controls, camera, character and tons of other things.
We do not expect you to know everything, but a keen attitude towards problem solving is desirable. We will look to you for suggestions and solutions and to anticipate technical challenges that may arise as we near the release date.
We will probably also involve you in the design of key elements of the game, as we have a very team-driven development method. We are not looking for someone to complete “a list of things to code” but rather a partner who wants to work together, and a person who will fit into the indie nature of the game we are making.

Thank you.
