MySQL, PHP and website development (unpaid/paid)

I'm building two new websites as part of my startup company - both will include MySQL and PHP programming. As this is not my main field, I am looking for peogle (also students) who can become part of the team and help build the websites (unpaid) and also teach me the basics (paid).
