Hi,
My name is Alexander Westi Astrup, and I am studying Software Development on my 4th semester this year at ITU(IT University of Copenhagen). I am danish but is perfectly fine speaking english if needed.
This year I participated in Nordic Game Jam for my first year and discovered the wonders of being in a team. I loved every aspect of the collaboration, and as a result I am trying to find an Internship.
I have always had passion for making games. I started very young playing around using powerpoint, then I found the extensive Map Editor which came along with Warcraft III. When I felt ready I jumped to GameMaker, and started actually making games for a few years. At last I ended up in Unity, in which I have settled down for a few years as well. Today I still make games every day, and as always I am working on a side project besides school. I would however love to put it aside for an internship.
On a site note besides programming I love game design and game mecanics design. I have watched all of Extra Credits, Game Maker's Toolkit, and some GDC, which I am try to incorporate it in my games.
