Position summary
Reporting to the CEO, the CTO is responsible for the technical delivery of our core online applications. The CTO will be a team leader and will be responsible for managing the companies development and operational team. This role is also responsible for providing governance and integration of unit projects, some of which are developed outside the organization. Ex. third party game development, online payment systems, etc. The CTO is an integral part of the Mingoville management team and works closely with them to identify opportunities where Mingoville can continue to leverage technology to provide the company with a competitive edge in the marketplace. This role oversees the development, deployment, hosting and support of all technology platforms needed to support the diverse and complex products / applications and services offered. The CTO also oversees the technology efforts needed to expand Mingoville’s product offerings and will continue to develop and deliver new capabilities and enhance existing systems for our company.
