Hello! We’re Hello John and we’re are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our development team consisting of 5 developers working on our one and only game - Mechanic Miner.

Mechanic Miner is a 2D construction/survival game for PC which was recently released into Early Access. You can find more information about Mechanic Miner on our Steam Page.

Job description:
Our new Digital Marketing Manager main responsibility will be to build and execute our marketing campaigns to effectively drive user acquisition and sales for our game Mechanic Miner.

Responsibilities:
• Development and execution of digital marketing plans, strategies and measurable campaigns as part of our PR-beats and full release launch.
• Identifying new marketing channels and possibilities.
• Analysing data and reviewing campaigns efficiency leading to optimization of further marketing.
• SEO optimization and marketing on Steam.
• General marketing on social channels such as effective and targeted use of ad spend.
• Identifying possible content creators as well as influencer acquisition and communication.
• Localisation of marketing material/assets.
• Managing contact and communication with the press.

Who are you:
You’re a more or less experienced marketer with a passion for gaming. Ideally, you’ve experience with marketing within the games industry already. You have the ability to work alone and as part of a small team, be creative and think outside the box.

Qualifications:
• Ideally a degree in marketing or communication.
• Experience within the games industry.
• Experience with publishing on Steam.
• Passion for PC games / Being a gamer yourself.
• Excellent English communication skills (Danish not required)

Other information:
The position is full-time. It’s a requirement you live near either Aarhus or Copenhagen, as you will be working from either our office in Copenhagen or Aarhus (whatever fits you), although you must be prepared to occasionally work from the Copenhagen office. Interviews will be held as applications are received and the position will start when the right applicant is found.
