Min mavefornemmelse siger mig at vi godt kan klare festens alkoholforbrug på sponsorstøtte. Det er i hvertfald målet.
Jeg sidder lige og regner på et estimat. Regner med op til 150 mennesker.
Det kan lokationen godt klare hvis det er spredt ud over tid kunne jeg forstå på Dajana.

Jeg vil helst have fri bar.. bare hygge og ikke tænkte på penge og alt muligt.
Smider et budgetoverslag op senere så folk kan være med på lidt visdom.
Som sagt har jeg aldrig arrangeret en stor fest før.

You are responsible for your own belongings. Don't bring laptops etc. and leave it unsupervised in a bag.
At the Limbo launch party a guy lost his laptop. I don't want that to happen here.

FAILING civilized behavior WILL result in your immediate removal from the party. No discussion.

98%+ of invites seems industry relevant. Which I know by fact is intelligent/talented people with good behavior. My outlook is positive for a good party atmosphere and a smooth ride. Have fun!

Amazing party with old colleges and industry friends. Along meeting a lot of new interesting and creative people. And AMAZING girls also. Not so many perhaps but the high quality kind!

And THANKS a million for the presents!! (I'll do a separate post/pic)

When I started scoping the party goal in my head I was set on 'AWESOME'. This is probably the rating a lot people felt it actually landed on. In some cases Epic or great.

In all my humble opinion seeing, hearing and understanding connections that happened during the night in the right context. The party rating rushed by EPIC!. Landed on a something I can only describe as TRIPLE LEGENDARY!!! XD
I am unable to detail the rating further as to why. (Evil Jonas is such a tease!)

If another party ever happens. I'll go for >BIBLICAL!<
20% monkey party increase is one goal. Without the vomiting.. no one did actually drink too much on the premises. Even with a free bar.. 8-O unexpected.

Arranging the party has taken around a month of full time work. More or less. Using 'single point management'. Which is a lot of fun and very speedy! But also stressful and carries no redundancy.

While arranging I did freak out a couple of times. Changing party location once. And hence the monkey party and friend cap note.
200+ OMG!!! fuuuaaark. Well.. in reality the location could easily take 350+ people. Good to know!

Cool/weird stuff worth mentioning for a recap!

- We forgot to put on the smoke machine, strobe light and 2 FREKKIN LASERS! for the most of the evening. Only last hour or two.. DOH! XD

- Latest version of Stikbold AND the latest multiplayer version of Stalagflight running on the OUYA hardware. They literary was working up until the party to get everything up and running. Sweet!

- DoubleStone did an amazing job!

- VJ + DJs from Playdead did equally amazing! Prodigy mix was fantastic!

- Dance floor pebber incident?! - For an unknown reason at the time a drunk guy decided to throw pebber at someone. So me and Anchel had to take affirmative action. Though it had something to do with the other guy turning 30.

- Jonaz first ride on the mechanical bull to the MegaDeth - Duke NukeEm Theme. With too slippery pants.

- Julie Heyde tying the games industry together with a physical rope.

- Me, David, Christian Jørgensen went on a beer run to the ITU for while.

-Statistically the danish games industry drinks more beer per guest than the average high school party. 8-O I scoped the beer purchase to 150 people. More came!

- Leif Nørgaard dance floor phone juggler.. unfortunately not a very good one. But thanks for the special Jonaz devil watch something app!

- People enjoying all the other games.. Arcades, MAME, MagnetizeME.

- PRESS_PLAY_ON_TAPE.ZIP (Featuring Søren Trautner Madsen) (The full band really wanted to make it. But couldn't. So literally Thursday evening I wrote Søren because I had an idea to fit him in). Karl Koder + The Man With The Gun.. amazing!

- Tim Garbos & Patrick Jarnfelt did a surprise custom hardware NIPPLE TWISTING game! Amazing!! didn't know that was coming! XD

Håber i havde en feeeed fest. Var ærgelig over at jeg ikke kunne være der. Men sådan kan det desværre gå.

En af mine kollegaers veninder var dog tilstede og kom til at tage et sort/grå-stribet halstørklade af uld med hjem. Hun angrer meget, så hvis ejeren læser dette så giv lyd. Så får vi arrangeret en returneringsceremoni.
