Hi Spiludvikling,
We're in the pre-production phase of our upcoming game Midnight Girl, and we're looking for a character animator to help us develop a game prototype in early 2016.
Midnight Girl is a 2D puzzle adventure game for tablets and smartphones. The game, which takes place exclusively in France, puts you in the shoes of a female cat burglar during the swinging Sixties. The mood, theme and style of the game are inspired by Sixties cinema - in particular French New Wave cinema and classic heist movies. The game focuses on story, atmosphere and character development, and the gameplay mixes elements of climbing, stealth and strategic planning.
We are looking for a skilled animator who can help us bring our main character to life as well as assisting with other minor animation tasks. Experience with character rigging is mandatory. Experience with games and animating female characters is a big plus.
We expect to start developing the prototype in January 2016, and we expect the animation job to take 2-4 months. (Disclaimer: The project is still at a very early stage, and we're still in the process of finding funding for the project. We therefore can not offer job guarantee until we have secured funding).
We're Italic, a small indie company located in the art collective PB43 in Nordhavn. Earlier this year we released the super minimalistic kids game Animal Captain.
Are you the animator we're looking for? Write us at info@italic.dk.
Thomas

Ja, jeg vil også bare sige at det ser lækkert ud. Hvis det er i samme liga som Silent Age så står jeg i kø for at spille det.
