I haven't done a whole lot of flight sim hours in my life. The last serious attempt was F/A-18 Interceptor on the Amiga at pretty low frame rates. Maybe 10-15 fps?
But the new MS Flight Simulator 2020 looks pretty pretty! Also the technical details of the simulation in the video is rather interesting.

Also mentioned earlier. Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom is pretty damn awesome! Totally digging it. It's not big on story, super innovation or anything fancy. But who cares when the whole package just works! I'm just having a pure sweet metroidvania gameplay time.

Go play the demo if in doubt. It totally convinced me to give it a shot.

Publisher Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and Hitman series developer IO Interactive have announced a worldwide publishing and distribution agreement to release a “new console and PC game experience” worldwide.

IO Interactive’s studios in Copenhagen, Denmark and Malmo, Sweden will both be “integral” in the development of the new title.

From a 'small indie studio' https://www.peakwaysoftware.com This is quite impressive (and extremely ambitious for the studio's first game)
Doing the Elder Scrolls formula with some expanded features even. It is most certainly aimed at an underserved target group. I expect it to go well for these guys if they deliver something of quality and builds a community around it. And hopefully releasing before Elder Scrolls 6.
