Embacer just sold Saber Interactive back to itself for $500M USD.
Saber Interactive has the North Jutland based 3D Realms and Slipgate Ironworks under it's wing. Actual ownership is registered with Embracer. How this will affect our Jutland friends in the near and long term is to be seen, hope it will be good for them!

Also pretty sure Saber will be fine. They are poised to release (among others) Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 in September this year. Which I am pretty sure will be a success. Though not expecting it to take the crown from Helldivers 2.

Which was indeed true! Found out it's called IDA Gamedev.

And the focus is more about community building/corporate branding of sorts rather than any kind of dedicated union initiative. So a bit different with overlaps.
