Creative Director / Producer
MovieStarPlanet is looking for a talented and experienced Creative Director/Producer to lead the continued development of MovieStarPlanet and future products. Your primary responsibility will be to create a compelling vision for the game and new features, lead the design team to success, and ensure the continued improvement of player retention, user growth and monetization opportunities.

Job Description
You are a highly passionate, creative and business-minded individual, capable of undertaking a large amount of responsibility and lead a diverse and talented team to new heights. You will improve the game by utilizing the capabilities of your team, ensure a successful launch of new features, and continually measure the impact through self-defined KPI's.

You are a motivational leader capable of making tough decisions in short time, carefully considering all stakeholder expectations, and you enjoy working in an agile, fast-paced and complex development environment where new challenges constantly arise. You are motivated by ensuring the continued growth and improvements from both creative and economic perspectives.

You have experience working directly with game design and are able to analyse it from a holistic perspective, considering all aspects such as business value, implementation effort and monetization opportunities. You enjoy researching original designs and game trends, and are able to transform ideas and high-level concepts into carefully-crafted and inspiring designs.

The job is a full-time position with salary according to qualifications.

Responsibilities
Create compelling new visions and concepts by utilizing the creative capabilities of the team.
Optimize player retention, overall user growth and monetization opportunities.
Lead, organize and manage the overall design process and design team.
Define, measure and analyse KPI's for new games and features.
Ensure that new games and features are launched on time and budget to the highest possible quality.

Requirements
+10 years of experience designing games and leading game productions.
Successful track record in the development of high-quality entertainment products or services.
Experience working as a Producer or Creative Director is highly preferable.
Experience with leading a team of creative people from various backgrounds.
Experience with creating and executing successful and original game designs.
Intrinsic knowledge of core social game mechanics and in-game economics.
Strong knowledge of the game market, platforms and trends, especially in the Free-to-Play segment.
Strong ability to create and communicate compelling visions and concepts.
Strong ability to efficiently organize the creative process and make the right calls.
Excellent communication skills - written and verbally - and motivational leadership capabilities.
BA degree or higher in a relevant field is a plus.
