Unity/C# developer needed
Step In Books is looking for an additional programmer to help us bring the book medium into the 21st century. Step In Books is a young company located in the heart of Copenhagen. We specialize in creating digital books with a twist: by fusing videogames with traditional eBooks, we aim to create a whole new, more immersive, reading experience. Our first app, the children’s book Wuwu & Co., was released last year and has been very well received by users and critics. We’re now working on new projects, and need someone to join our ranks and help us craft the best possible user experiences. If this sounds interesting, please check out what we're looking for below.

You will be a core part of our development team and mainly be responsible for programming fun user interactions/minigames. Other tasks might include asset handling, assisting in system design or creative processes, implementing visual effects and user feedback, among others. A developer working for us would be interested in creating innovative game solutions on mobile devices, making use of all that these devices have to offer in terms of user interaction.

Requirements:
- Experience working with game development and/or relevant technical education
- Experience with Unity and C#
- At least basic understanding of mathematical concepts used in 3D game engines
- Flair for user experience/interaction design
- Ability to work with agile development methodologies
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Motivation to deliver excellent technical solutions

Plusses:
- Shader programming
- High-level math skills
- iOS and Android native development
- Experience in other areas of game development (2D/3D graphics, audio, game design etc.)
- Knowledge of image editing software, 3D modeling, and audio editing
- Experience working with sensors of mobile devices (acceleromer, gyroscope, camera etc.)

If this sounds like you, and you want to shape the future of digital books, contact us ASAP.
